If you are getting the message:
Could not login. Valid authentication credentials were not provided.
Then your password has most likely expired.
Set or Reset your password using the Password Help service. This will reset your eAccount Password (Blackboard, email, and network login). It can take up to 15 minutes for the change to take effect.
In you are new to the university, it may be that your account is still being created. New accounts are uploaded daily up to 21 days prior to semester start. It can take up to 48 business hours for your Blackboard account to activate after enrolling for courses.
